• How can I book with ULimo?

  • Users may book rides on our smartphone app.

• Does ULimo own the vehicles?

  • No, ULimo does not own any vehicles but rather contracts with transportation providers to get below-market rates for our users. Each contractor is fully insured and registered with their respective county and state. Each contractor must undergo a vetting process in order to work with ULimo. Additionally, ULimo has access to a large network of previously vetted contractors.

• What is the policy on drinking and bringing alcohol in the vehicles? 

  • ULimo abides by whatever policy that each particular contractor has in place. Policies may differ amongst various contractors. Your booking agent will communicate with you regarding the policy for your reservation and the contractor that will be transporting you.
